Government projects typically require a licensed general or specialty contractor, not just a rack vendor. zhengdarack holds California contractor licensing and carries the insurance and bonding required for public agency work.
Government facilities often require more rigorous inspection and acceptance procedures than private sector work: multiple inspection stages, agency representative sign-off, and final closeout documentation. We manage that process, not just the installation.
Procurement Pathways
Our MAS Schedule is open to federal agencies, state and local public agencies under Cooperative Purchasing, and FEMA / state emergency management under Disaster Purchasing rules. Same Schedule, three procurement lanes.
Civilian agencies, defense components, and federal facilities can order against Schedule 47QSMS24D007E via GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, direct RFQ, or BPAs written against the Schedule. SINs 333922 and OLM cover warehouse equipment, installation, and order-level materials.
States, counties, cities, school districts, transit authorities, public hospitals, and tribal governments can order directly from the Schedule under GSA's Cooperative Purchasing program. No separate IFB or RFP required. WOSB, SDB, and Native Hawaiian Org Owned certifications stack with state diversity programs.
FEMA and state emergency-management agencies can order from the Schedule during declared events under GSA's Disaster Purchasing rules. Useful for rapid staging-facility setup, post-disaster supply storage, and emergency racking and shelving.
Our Approach
Government rack projects frequently go sideways when responsibilities are split between a vendor who sells the rack and a separate contractor who installs it. No one owns the whole project, and the documentation reflects that. We don't work that way. Design, engineering, permitting, installation, and inspection coordination are all our responsibility, and all documented accordingly.
Every project produces a complete closeout package: stamped structural drawings, permit records, inspection sign-off, load ratings, and contractor licensing documentation. If your agency's procurement office, facilities manager, or auditor asks for it, it exists and it's organized.
We're also experienced working within public agency procurement requirements: bid specifications, prevailing wage documentation, bonding and insurance requirements, and agency-specific approval procedures.
